Sensus is released under the Apache License 2.0: the whole project, with no open-core split, no gated features, and no license keys. The full text is in the repository’s LICENSE.

Contributions

Contributions are accepted under the same license, with no CLA: what comes in is licensed exactly like what goes out. Contributors are asked to sign off their commits; the details are in the contributor guide.

Attribution

The NOTICE file records the copyright line and the credit to OpenCode (MIT), whose harness and TUI work inspired parts of sensus.

Third-party code

Bundled dependencies are limited to permissive licenses (MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD-2-Clause, BSD-3-Clause, or ISC), and a build fails if a bundled package is missing a license or uses one outside that list.
